If you don’t already have Zoom on your phone or computer you’ll need to download the app before trying to log into the class.

Get yourself set up and click the link above a couple minutes before 8am. We’ll begin promptly. You can come late and leave early- you can be on camera or not. All the alerts and door bells are turned off so no one will be disturbed by your late arrival or early departure.
