We will be meeting at The Studio- which is the space one floor below Bowery Yoga.

Please arrive by 6:50. We will be starting on time. Late arrivals (after 7:05) will not be able to join as it disrupts the flow of the class.

The class is offered on a sliding scale of $15-$30. The ticket price holds your spot- and you are offered the option to offer additional support on site.
