Buddhist Daylong

In Buddhist teachings, the image of someone swept down a river reflects how we cling to familiar thoughts and emotions when safety feels uncertain. This daylong retreat uses that metaphor to support direct experience of nervous system regulation. Through Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing® techniques, relational practices, and guided imagery, you’ll explore how a felt sense of safety becomes more accessible through embodied awareness. With space to practice and reflect, you’ll learn to meet your patterns with curiosity and discover greater groundedness, clarity, and choice.
