11th Step Spiritual Retreat at the Historic Wilson House
Join us for a deeply nourishing weekend of spiritual exploration and renewal at the Wilson House, the birthplace of Bill Wilson, co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous. Rooted in the transformative principles of the 11th Step — Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood him…”— this retreat invites you into a sacred space to deepen your connection with your Higher Power.
Over the course of the weekend, you will be guided through a variety of practices designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken the spirit:
Paige will lead participants in Christian and Buddhist meditation techniques and heart centered practices that cultivate stillness, presence and spiritual inquiry. You’ll also engage in paired and group reflections to explore personal insights and deepen your inner connection.
Kathy will offer somatic practices and guided meditations, helping participants gently release patterns of held tension, supporting the body in unwinding the imprints of stress and trauma while becoming more attuned to the wisdom of the body— a powerful pathway to spiritual clarity and emotional resilience.
Adriana will close each day with a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, creating a vibrational field of peace and healing to support your integration and reflection.
Whether participants are newly sober or have been walking this path for years, this retreat is a chance to explore new tools for spiritual growth, reconnect with themselves, and leave with meaningful ways to sustain conscious contact with their Higher Power— one day at a time.
